The five phases of agile implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse®

In close collaboration with your organization, we support you throughout your RapidResponse® implementation. Project management from 4flow ensures efficient progress, while our continuous change management guides your team through the transition to achieve sustainable results.

1.

Commence

This phase is the basis for the entire RapidResponse® implementation. We’ll start by defining and blueprinting the project set-up. In workshops with stakeholders at your organization, we’ll outline a target IT landscape, design target processes and define requirements.

2.

Connect

In this phase, we set up the RapidResponse® platform for your organization. This includes data mapping and establishing necessary data interfaces, as well as data validation and collection as part of a data readiness assessment. We’ll also test the system integration before moving to the next phase.

3.

Configure

Now, we adapt RapidResponse® to the target processes defined for your organization. We’ll define a concept for roles and rights, perform component testing with stakeholders and train key users in your organization.

4.

Confirm

This phase is focused on completing system tests and training – including user acceptance tests, planning validation and performance tests.

5.

Close-out

In this phase, we prepare for go live. This involves setting up the production environment based on defined parameters and users, cut-over planning, and preparation for hypercare to ensure a smooth transition to your new planning platform.
