Since Berlin is my home town, I wanted to stay here after completing my degree. Until then, I was only familiar with the big consulting firms. 4flow was new to me. But the range of services fit with what I wanted to do professionally. And I liked the attitude here from the beginning. The atmosphere was typical for Berlin. For example, that everyone is on a first-name basis no matter what title they have. I never would have thought that on my first day at work I would have a meeting with our board of directors explaining that in a few days my project would begin - in South Africa. Now I know that this situation is not unusual because 4flow is growing rapidly. So, I used the next few days to get everything ready for my stay in South Africa and got acquainted with the project. During the flight, I received additional information from a colleague. On location, I and two other colleagues went to the client’s plant daily to optimize material flows.
Every four weeks we flew back to Germany for a few days. Of course we used the weekends in South Africa – to relax and make up for the long days at the plant. It was also very practical that I could spend my first vacation there. My last project was with clients in Germany and a longing to travel took hold of me pretty quickly. I’m looking forward to see where my next project will lead me.
