I first heard about 4flow from someone I was studying with who worked for BVL International. The whole hiring process was professional and fast. After talking to the people I interviewed with, I was already looking forward to the tasks coming my way. The positive first impression that 4flow had on me is unchanged even today. Consultants quickly take on their own tasks for which they’re responsible. From the very beginning, I had my own independent tasks, contributed to slideshows for management and helped present our progress and findings to clients. My fellow colleagues were there if I needed advice and support. I’m involved in campus recruiting and attend career fairs and workshops at universities. It’s great to see so many of the students I meet out there start their careers at 4flow.

The 4flow challenge will let students dive into the world of consulting. The case design, the rules and the support teams receive reflect a consultant’s work. On top of this, participants will be able to talk to consultants from 4flow. All this makes the 4flow challenge a great way to figure out whether or not consulting is right for you.
