In addition to my student workload, I support the 4flow Talent Acquisition Team in their day-to-day work. This includes everything from corresponding with applicants, creating job ads and working on employer branding. I was also able to complete a project for our social media on my own.

As a student, I feel appreciated by the team and well-integrated. This is in part due to after-work events such as when food trucks come to the courtyard at the Berlin office. In general, the work environment is very relaxed and friendly, and I feel like I’m learning a lot.

I’m happy to work for an organization that gives students the time and flexibility they need for their studies – and one that encourages us to continue working here after graduation.
