Each customer is different, so you're challenged again and again to familiarize yourself with a new subject area and the situation’s individual requirements. One of my projects is the implementation of a transportation management system for a vehicle manufacturer. The first step involved documenting the existing situation, checking the requirements the system would have to fulfill, and how the processes needed to be implemented. Then we started using the TMS with our customer, and carried out and monitored specific planning processes. Our colleagues from 4flow consulting share their input and best practices which we then leverage for our project. Close cooperation with our software developers at 4flow is vital for the development of the TMS.

At 4flow, you’re entrusted with a lot of responsibility from the very beginning, but you always have the opportunity to discuss issues with other 4flowers. Every 4flower is willing to lend an ear and eager to share experiences from their own projects. The nice thing, in addition to the team spirit at 4flow, is that we’re all on the same wavelength, regardless of location. After spending a few years at 4flow’s Shanghai office, I’m now back at our Frankfurt office – at both locations, it didn’t take long before I felt like a part of the team.
