Management board

  • Kai Althoff, Chief Executive Officer of 4flow (CEO)

    Kai Althoff is a co-founder of 4flow and chair of the executive board of the German supply chain and logistics association BVL. As CEO of 4flow, he is responsible for 4flow’s global business and 4flow software, sales and marketing. From 2000 to 2020, Kai was COO of 4flow and was responsible for the global operations of the company. After completing an international education, Kai managed large scale supply chain and logistics projects for a global management and supply chain consulting firm with a focus on the automotive, aviation, consumer goods, industrial and software sector.

  • Andreas Kick, Chief Operating Officer of 4flow (COO)

    As COO, Andreas Kick is responsible for consulting business worldwide. Since 2004 he has contributed to 4flow’s strong international growth through the successful development of 4flow consulting and has advised businesses in all industries and regions around the world. Before joining 4flow, he worked for several years in consulting at Deloitte Consulting and with his own business, he developed and implemented an internet-based task force management software for the automotive industry.

  • Julian Schulcz, Chief Operating Officer of 4flow (COO)

    As COO, Julian Schulcz is responsible for the 4PL area of 4flow management worldwide. He has been with the company since 2004, initially with 4flow consulting where he gained several years of consulting expertise. From 2009, he began to build up 4flow’s 4PL area and with his team at 4flow management, has created a global business that sets new standards in the 4PL industry. This was recognized in 2016 by winning the German Award for Supply Chain Management together with AGCO.

  • Stephan Kappel, Chief Financial Officer of 4flow (CFO)

    In his role as CFO, Stephan is responsible for key functions including Finance, Human Resources, IT and Legal among others. Stephan has many years of experience in managing and developing international corporations. Additionally, he has numerous years of consulting experience as project manager at Deloitte in Germany and the United Kingdom.

Supervisory board

  • Dr. Stefan Wolff, Chairman of Supervisory Board

    Dr. Stefan Wolff is a co-founder of 4flow and from 2000 to 2020, he was CEO of 4flow. He was also a voluntary member of the executive board of the German logistics association BVL International, is a regular guest speaker at academic institutions and was a member of the supervisory board of Lufthansa Cargo. Since 1990, he has worked as a consultant for large and midsize global companies in the field of supply chain management. In 1994 he received a PhD in engineering in delivery time management IT systems.

  • Dr. Tanja Wielgoss, Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board

    Dr. Tanja Wielgoss has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2022 and serves as its Deputy Chairwoman. She is Founder and Co-CEO of Stella Circle, a leadership platform supporting progressive C-level executives, where she brings together her long-standing experience from industry, infrastructure and energy. Previously, she was CEO of Vattenfall Wärme in Germany, where she advanced the strategy to achieve carbon neutrality by 2040, and CEO of Berlin Waste Management and City Cleaning (Berliner Stadtreinigung, BSR), leading the company to growth and cultural transformation. Earlier in her career, she was Partner at Kearney and Managing Director and Board Member of the German Airline Association (BDF).

    In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Dr. Wielgoss serves on supervisory and advisory boards and is active at the intersection of academia and industry as a trustee at the Technical University of Berlin and the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering (IAO). She is also co-founder of FC Viktoria Berlin GmbH, aiming to strengthen the visibility of women in sports.

  • Michala Rudorfer, Supervisory Board Member

    Michala Rudorfer has held this position at 4flow since 2023. Rudorfer began her career in investment banking with UBS in London in 2007. In 2010, she joined the private equity firm Permira in Frankfurt (Main), Germany. There, as principal, she focused on investments in the consumer, brands and Internet sectors. In 2021, she founded her own investment firm, Rose-Sky Investments, in Frankfurt (Main). Since March 2023, she has also served as chair of the supervisory board for BN Automation AG. Rudorfer is co-founder of encourageventures e.V., the largest network for female entrepreneurship in the German-speaking space.
