I’ve been with 4flow almost since the company was founded. Since then, I have overseen many national and international consulting projects. When our 4flow office in Munich opened up in September 2008, and I was asked to head up the new office, it didn’t take me long to think it over. As a Munich native and 4flower through and through, I gladly accepted the challenge of helping 4flow grow even more in southern Germany. And we’ve been successful: the number of team members based at our Munich office and the size of the office itself have increased quite a bit since then. We work with major clients from various industries out of this office.

Being in a managerial role, I know firsthand how challenging the job at 4flow consulting can be. A consultant, of course, doesn’t have a regular nine-to-five workday; that would be impossible with the traveling the job involves. When we’re working on a project, the team is highly concentrated, we work under time pressure, are focused and extremely results-driven. We handle a wide variety of issues affecting supply chains. We need bright minds who want to live up to the challenge. In return, the rate of professional and personal development at 4flow is above average.
