Diversity at 4flow

4flow is diverse. We value and support our team members’ individuality, and we welcome applications from people with all kinds of backgrounds. Ensuring equal opportunities is a given for us. To promote diversity at 4flow, we created a diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) council that defines our goals in this area.

For us, diversity also means increasing the number of women in leadership. We want to make 4flow even more diverse and, among other measures, support women through targeted initiatives. An employee resource group (ERG) for women at 4flow ensures representation and support of our female team members.

Our vision for diversity at 4flow

We at 4flow firmly believe that all our thoughts and actions are enriched by diversity and that the principle of equity and inclusion is rooted deeply into our company culture.  All team members are valued, respected and given the opportunity to grow regardless of their background, identity or perspectives.

In October 2025, 4flow will be on-site at herCareer in Munich, Germany, a career fair for women. We want to reach out specifically to female supply chain experts to provide insights into our work and highlight entry opportunities at 4flow.

For students

In the "4flow challenge", our competition for students, we prioritize applications from diverse teams. The competition offers students the opportunity to develop solutions for a supply chain case study focusing on current topics like digitization or sustainability – all with the support of experienced 4flow consultants. Teams gain insights into daily work at a global supply chain consulting firm and put their analytical skills and creativity to the test.

Equal opportunities – career and compensation

We are committed to equal career opportunities and fair compensation. We follow transparent promotion processes and post open positions internally.
