Soeren Hagen appointed to 4flow management board

Longtime 4flow senior manager takes on role as chief operating officer

4flow’s supervisory board has appointed Soeren Hagen as the new chief operating officer (COO) for 4flow consulting. Hagen succeeds Andreas Kick, who is leaving the company after more than 20 years.

4flow – a leading provider of supply chain consulting, software and 4PL services – is undergoing a change in its leadership. Andreas Kick, who served as COO of 4flow since 2020, is stepping down from the management board. This decision was reached through a mutual agreement in line with the strategic development of the company.

Kick joined 4flow in 2004 and held a broad range of leadership roles over more than two decades, making a significant contribution to the company's global growth and strategic development.

"We would like to sincerely thank Andreas for his extraordinary contribution to 4flow's success story. He played a key role in laying the foundation for our future growth. We wish him all the best, both personally and professionally," said 4flow CEO Kai Althoff.

Hagen assumes responsibility for 4flow consulting with immediate effect. Hagen, who has been with 4flow for nearly 20 years, served most recently as managing director of 4flow China. In his new role as COO, he will actively shape the future of 4flow's global consulting business.

"Given Soeren's impressive track record at 4flow, we are ideally positioned to continue developing our consulting business and 4flow as a whole. We look forward to continuing to work with him in his new role," Althoff added.

"I am excited to take on this new role and the responsibilities that come with it. Keeping 4flow's consulting services competitive into the future will be my top priority as we continue to grow around the world," said Hagen.
