First round

ends October 19

Accepted teams will be briefed on the case study and have time to submit their solution until October 19, 2025.

Results of first round

November 3

You’ll hear back from the jury by November 3, 2025. Top teams will be invited to present their solutions in the finals.

Finals in Budapest

November 18

On November 18, 2025, the teams with the top solutions will compete in the finals the 4flow office in Budapest. By the end of the day, the top three teams will take home cash prizes.

Rules for participation

Rules and prizes

  • Teams of bachelor’s and master’s students currently studying at universities with active student status in Hungary, preferably with a concentration in supply chain and logistics, are welcome to participate.
  • Teams must consist of 3 students enrolled for study in Hungary.
  • We welcome applications from diverse teams. Cross-university teams are encouraged to apply.
  • A university or educational institution can have any number of teams participating. However, each student can be active only in one team.

  • 1st place

    The winning team will receive 500,000 HUF

  • 2nd place

    The runner-up will receive 200,000 HUF

  • 3rd place

    The third-place team will receive 100,000 HUF

FAQ

Sure, a strong interest and basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics is all you need.

Each member of your team must be actively enrolled at your university when the 4flow challenge begins. If a team member graduates during the competition, the team and the graduating member can continue participating. 

No, participation is open for students who have active student status at a Hungarian university.

The competition reflects the everyday life of a supply chain professional working with customers from around the world; therefore, English is essential.

In this year's 4flow challenge Hungary finals, together with your team, you will design a solution for a real-world operational logistics challenge. You will have 30-60 minutes to work on the case and 10 minutes to present your solutions to the jury, followed by 5 minutes for their questions. We will provide the necessary equipment for you to present the case. The finals will take place at the 4flow office at 1138 Budapest, Esztergomi út 31-38., HUB 3, second floor.
