The application process involves several steps. At 4flow we don’t perform group assessments. Instead, we take the time to get to know you better in different situations – and you can get to know us better. We’ll speak with each other a few times and hold interviews. An interview exercise will also give you a look at working at 4flow.
What’s onboarding like and the first few weeks at 4flow?
You can look forward to a complete onboarding process that allows you to get acquainted with the team quickly and find your bearing within the company. In a first, in-depth discussion with your supervisor, you will discuss and plan your training and the first few weeks at 4flow together.
